Once upon a time it was the 4th of July.
OK, so it was just a few weeks ago...but it seems like SO long ago!
It was a full weekend (theme of July 2013) filled with lots of fun!
On the 4th we headed to Pella for the parade and some fun at my aunt & uncle's house/pond.

On Friday we headed to Omaha to celebrate our niece/cousin's 2nd birthday.
We had a family reunion in the swimming pool, nearly all of our Sietstra family joined in the swimming fun!

Then on Saturday we headed to the Omaha zoo. I was quite nervous how this would go with Kase since our last visit was such a disaster, but being one year older seemed to be the trick! He did great, and had lots of fun looking at the animals this year!

This was just one of our many fun summer weekends...seems like we've hardly been home this summer!
